Clean Uniform, Shoes, Flags, etc

Check ends (ie. Padding & straps, obstructions in working area - prior to match, and at half-time)

Moves with purpose (ie. Swift walk down to end at beginning of quarter, sharp movement to flags after signal, sharpness in signalling a score or boundary assist)

Marks scorecard after a score, in a timely manner

Scorecard correctly marked (ie. 1,2,3,4 - not picket fence marks)
